We can ship anywhere in the United States, excluding US Territories. Free Shipping promotions apply to the continental US only and exclude Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally at this time. Please ensure you have a physical address listed for your Ship To address during checkout. Most items ship via UPS, and they cannot deliver to a PO Box. 

Delivery Estimates - When will I receive my order?

When you place an order, our system will generate a delivery estimate based on the availability of your items, your location, and the shipping method.  This estimate may take into account whether we stock the item or if it needs to be fulfilled from one of our manufacturers. While we do our best to provide an accurate estimate through the website, occasionally your order may arrive before the estimated date, or, in rare instances, after the given date.  For a more exact estimate, we recommend contacting us via phone or the chat feature on our website.   

Inventory

We work hard to ensure our availability estimate for each product is as accurate as possible. However, due to the nature of the industry and because we sell products through several channels including locally, although it is rare, a product's availability may be different than what is shown on our website. For an exact estimate or to ensure a product is in stock, please contact us prior to purchase by phone or live chat on our website.

 

Order Cancellations & Changes

Order changes and cancellations made after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed. We will do everything we can to help with order changes after the order is placed and before the order has shipped, such as address changes, product changes, etc..However, in most cases, orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. Orders are sent to fulfillment immediately after placing an order, and the fulfillment process cannot be easily halted. In many cases, products have already been shipped long before it may become visible in your account due to the delay involved in applying shipping updates to the orders.
